Meet

I help leaders and teams get unstuck, rebuild confidence, and define success on their terms.

My experience spans corporate consulting, entrepreneurship, and leading high-performing sales teams. I’ve coached professionals at all levels—from early-career talent to executives in transition. Most recently, I led a team of 46 agents across five states at the Redux Group, driving over $500M in sales and 30% growth—even in a slowing market.

Earlier in my career, I was an associate partner at Accenture, where I built global people strategies and led cross-industry teams. Later, I co-led a strategic consulting firm with my late husband, partnering with national associations to uncover emerging trends and shape long-term strategy through deep qualitative research.

I’m a graduate of Georgetown’s Leadership Coaching Program and certified in STOTT Pilates—because I believe alignment matters in body, business, and life. I live in D.C., and when I’m not coaching, you’ll find me hosting Airbnb guests, hiking Shenandoah trails, or catching stand-up comedy.

    • Not Training – You’ll develop skills through self-discovery rather than instruction.
